Things to keep in mind when buying a solar panel:
- Buy a good quality panel with a good warrantee
- keep size of system in mind - once you buy a certain size you have to stick to it - NB MIXING OF DIFFERENT SIZE PANELS OR BRANDS ARE NOT RECOMMENDED
- compare panel efficiencies, they make a big difference in actual power generated
- some panels are more heat sensitive than others and will drastically lose efficiency as they get warmed up during the day
